Herb Hartso III is a Washington native, born and raised in Tacoma and a graduate of the University of Washington.

After seven years in the financial industry, Herb made a transition to full-time ministry by leaving the West Coast to serve as the Youth Pastor at Grey Stone Church in Durham, North Carolina. Herb also completed his Masters of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. 

After seven years of fruitful ministry and equipping, Herb was called back to the Pacific Northwest to serve as the Senior Pastor at Antioch Bible Church in 2020.
With a passion for evangelism and preaching, God has given Herb a vision to “Flip the Pacific Northwest for Jesus.”

Herb and his wife, Lela, have two children, Herbie IV (18) and Theo (9). Herb enjoys spending time with God, fitness, basketball, mastering bogey golf and binging Survivor with his wife and sons.
